TheFoundryCircle exists because of a gap we kept seeing from both sides of the table. Founders with capital and conviction but no technical execution. Builders with the skill but no path to ownership. Almost nobody sits in the middle and can speak both languages fluently.

Before this, fourteen years were spent architecting marketing and data systems inside some of New Zealand's largest organisations, the kind of high volume, compliance heavy environments where a mistake is expensive and a good system is invisible. Before that, a digital agency was co-founded and scaled from the ground up across Dubai and the Philippines, then exited on relocating to New Zealand.

That combination, boardroom fluency and the ability to actually open the code editor, is rare. TheFoundryCircle is built to put it to work for founders directly, as a co-founder would, not as a vendor on a retainer.
